Our water comes directly from a spring in Cobb, CA at the base of Cobb Mountain.


Yes all of our bottles are BPA Free.


No, at this time we don't offer glass bottles but we've had many requests for them and are working on adding to our offerings.


Yes we have a standard $5 delivery fee but it may be more if you live in outlying areas.


Yes we charge a $7 bottle deposit fee for each bottle upon initial setup. The reason for this is in the event that someone steals or damages the bottles.


All of our bottles are high quality PET (Polyethylene) plastic bottles. They are also 55-mm crown top and will fit any standard size water dispenser.


 We deliver every 2 weeks in most areas. In some cases you may be able to request delivery every 4 weeks. 


 

You can have 3 different types of delivery plans:

  • Replace Empties (RE) - where we only will replace empties that are left out (unless otherwise instructed on-site or in advance)
  • Fixed Amount - where we will leave X amount of bottles each time (unless otherwise instructed on-site or in advance)
  • On-Call - where we won't come to your address unless specifically requested 


No we cannot give you a specific time as our delivery schedule, route and traffic conditions vary daily.


No, you don’t need to be present to receive delivery. We can drop off in front of your home or office. 


If you are on a Replace Empties plan and you don’t leave bottles out, you will have to wait until your next scheduled delivery date. 


Yes you can request more bottles, less bottles, to skip a delivery or to pause a delivery. Simply email support@alpinespringswater.biz with your request. Please give us 24-hours notice to ensure your request is processed. 


Simply email us at support@alpinespringswater.biz and request cancellation. We will come pick up your empty bottles and any equipment you may have and cancel your account.
