By signing up for water delivery service from Alpine Springs Water Delivery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Price - The price of water delivery will be as specified in your order.
Payment - You will be billed weekly, biweekly or monthly for your water delivery service depending on agreement.
Delivery - Water will be delivered to your home or office on a regular basis. Water will be delivered to your address on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis depending on your agreement.
Refunds - Once water is dropped off, it is non-refundable, unless the bottle is broken or the water is bad. In that event you will receive a bill credit and a replacement.
Termination - If you are not satisfied with your water delivery service, you can cancel your service at any time.
Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Springs Water Distribution from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the water delivery service.
Governing Law - These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement - These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpine Springs Water Distribution with respect to your water delivery service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Severability - If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver - No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
